Return Merchandise Request
No direct returns for refund or credit after 14 days from the invoice date. All
returned products must be in original packaging with original accessories,
manuals, etc. in as-new condition. All shipping charges are non-refundable. At
the time an RMA Request form is completed a customer is asked to provide his/her
preference toward an exchange or refund. Please note that this selection is
non-binding and will be confirmed at the discretion of Vondaz. In cases in which
an Exchange is requested and one cannot be provided at the time of the RMA
resolution, a refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST
HAVE A STORE ISSUED RMA NUMBER. Returned items without valid RMA numbers will be
refused.
Vondaz's direct
item coverage programs are for products purchased directly from Vondaz.com.
Item coverage is issued solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
through resale, gifting, or otherwise without permission from vondaz. Item
coverage assumes that the product purchased has been properly used and in its
intended manner (as to be determined by Vondaz). Any damage caused by
mishandling or improper use will result in immediate voidance of all said
warranty terms. Any damage caused by other components to a Vondaz issued product
will also void warranty terms. By purchasing from this site, buyer also accepts
responsibility for all costs associated with damage to other components
(purchased from Vondaz or otherwise) by an Vondaz product. Vondaz reserves the
right to direct Warranty claims to the original manufacturers when applicable
Defective
Store Returns:
Defective retail products may be returned in their entirety (including all parts
and bundled software) to us for a refund or exchange during the first 14 days
after the purchase date with an approved RMA. The company issued RMA information
is required and must be placed on any returned packages to assure proper credit.
Shipping charges are always non-refundable and will not be included in any
refund or exchange issuances. Defective replacements will be shipped only after
the original product is received and adequately tested. Extended delay periods
may come in cases in which an item must be returned to the manufacturer for
proper testing. Please note that opened Software can never be returned for a
refund. All coverage during periods after the initial 14 days must be handled
directly through the respective manufacturers of the products.
Non-Defective
Store Returns:
Non-defective products may NEVER be returned for credit,
refund, or exchange at any time. In cases in which a non-defective item is
returned, at its discretion Vondaz may: (1) Issue a refund of the purchase price
of the item less any restocking, handling, or damage fees (2) Return the item
back to the purchaser at their cost, (3) Exchange the item for another. If it is
determined that product mishandling or misuse by the customer has taken place,
all warranty terms may be voided. All non-defective returns or approved returns
after 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Restocking Fee: Returns
not covered by the defective-item policies stated on this page and acceptable
returns received 14 days after the invoice date will be assessed a 15%
restocking fee.
Item Page Warranty Information Disclaimer:
Warranty periods expressed or implied on each individual item page are
estimations on expected warranty periods provided to us directly by item
manufacturers or suppliers. Warranty periods expressed are not guaranteed or
secured by Vondaz and are considered null in instances in which the respective
manufacturers/distributors do not honor them. Please contact the product
manufacturers prior to purchasing to obtain full warranty coverage terms and
conditions for a particular product. Vondaz does guarantee any products past our
stated 14-day Defective Item Policy (see terms page) and maintains no liability
for warranties not honored through manufacturers.
